Thanks to CFD modelling, Novasim can quantify the wind speeds in terms of severity and spatial extent in key pedestrian areas. It allows to define wind comfort in terms of suitability for planned uses (outdoor siting, walking, recreational areas, standing, etc.)
In addition, we provide thermal comfort analysis that considers ambient temperature can be an important consideration in assessing the suitability of external microclimate.
